is all set to see through the ongoing probe into a string of corruption scandals in the Defense Ministry. Meeting with parliamentary representatives on Friday Putin pledged a full-scale and unbiased investigation of each such case. “Those who are found guilty shall be brought to account in keeping with the law,” the president said. Nine criminal cases have been opened over more than 4 billion rubles’ worth of real estate and securities scam by a Defense Ministry contractor.
