10 May 2012. Victorian lawyers have criticised the state government’s proposed anti-corruption commission, labelling it flawed and too narrow.
Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) president Michael Holcroft said the legislation creating the Independent Broad-Based Anti-Corruption Commission (IBAC) should be reconsidered because the commission’s mandate is too limited.
