Mumbai, 26 February 2012. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raided a railway inspector for alleged ownership of  assets beyond his  income, an official said here Sunday  (26 February 2012). The officer Yash Mishra, a Railway Protection Force (RPF) inspector at Churchgate, was found to own several properties in his and his family members’ names in and around Mumbai.
The CBI search conducted in five locations over the past couple of days showed that the officer owned two flats in Mumbai and three prime plots of land in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh worth over $ 61,000. Mishra has also invested around $ 81,000 in various shares, mutual funds, kisan vikas patras and national savings certificates.
