Chief Minster Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif
12 May 2012. Chief Minster Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif has announced Rs 220 million for construction of girls hostel, besides allocating rest house of Communication and Works Department to Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU).
The CM expressed these views while addressing a laptop distribution ceremony at FJWU on Friday where he awarded 2,723 laptops to the talented students.
Shahbaz urged the youth to burn midnight oil and strengthen the country.
Blasting Zardari-Gilani duo, the CM said that they had set new records of corruption, looted public kitty and deposited billion of dollars in Swiss banks.
Shahbaz said that he had shunned foreign aid and had been carrying out development works through indigenous resources. He hoped that the new generation would soon set new trends through their hard work for national cause since they offered the hope of a bright future.
